All commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am not comfortable with it or if it is outside my style or abilities.Please do not send any payment until I have reviewed your request and confirmed the commission.After confirmation, you have 24 hours to send all the necessary details. If I do not receive them in time, your slot may be cancelled.

✦ PAYMENT

Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.Please wait for my confirmation before sending any payment.Once payment is requested, it must be completed within 24 hours. Otherwise, the commission will be cancelled.

✦ REVISIONS

Changes are only allowed during the sketch phase.Once the sketch is approved, any additional changes may have an extra cost.If the final piece is already finished and you want to modify previously approved elements, extra fees will apply.

✦ DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission.If there is any delay, I will inform you as soon as possible.

✦ DELIVERY METHOD

All commissions are delivered digitally via email.Please make sure to provide a valid email address.

✦ COPYRIGHT & USAGE

I retain full copyright over all my artwork.The client receives a personal, limited, and non-transferable license to use the commissioned artwork.You may:
- Post the artwork on your personal social media with proper credit
- Use it as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, or other personal use
- Credit is required when postingYou may not:
- Edit, trace, heavily alter, or redistribute the artwork without permission
- Claim the artwork as your own
- Use the artwork for commercial purposes unless previously agreed

✦ COMMERCIAL USE

Personal and streaming use are included in the base price.You may use the artwork for:
- Twitch / streaming platforms
- Social media content
- Profile pictures, banners, etc.Additional commercial fees apply for:
- Merchandise (prints, stickers, etc.)
- Paid content (Patreon, Fansly, etc.)
- Any product or content where the artwork directly generates income.Pricing:
- Commercial use: +100%
- Full commercial rights / merchandising: +200%

✦ REFUNDS

No refunds will be given once I have started working on the commission.If I am unable to complete the commission, a partial or full refund will be discussed depending on the progress already made.If the client cancels the commission after work has started, no refund will be issued.Exceptions may be considered only at my discretion.

✦ HEALTH NOTICE

Due to a chronic health condition, delivery may occasionally be delayed in exceptional cases.If that happens, I will always inform you as soon as possible and keep communication open.
